For the past year, we have experienced at least a 10% growth in our traffic on a monthly basis. Our audience is primarily hi-income, highly educated New Yorkers interested in residential real estate in Manhattan. Our site offers advertisers access to a targeted audience that is either actively searching, or about to lease/buy an apartment in the New York City area.  Advertisers offering rental or apartment related goods and services are provided with a captive audience for their products.
