Corporation (referred to as "Ardor," "we," "us,"
or "our" herein) recognize the importance of protecting the
privacy of individual-specific information ("Information’) collected
about our customers and prospective customers (referred to as "Customers,"
"you" or "your"). This privacy statement discloses
what information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change
it. At Ardor, it is our intention to give you as much control as possible
over your privacy in regard to your Information and the use we make of
it in the course of your use of our website located at www.ardorny.com
(referred to as "website" or "our site").
To that end, Ardor gathers
two types of information about Customers: data that Customers provide
through registration on our site and data Ardor gathers through aggregated
tracking, mainly by tallying page views throughout our site. Such information
enables us to tailor our content to Customers’ needs better. However,
be assured that Ardor will not disclose personal Information to third
parties without your consent.
How does Ardor collect
Information?
Registration
Information is collected
by specifically requesting it from you. Generally this occurs when you
register at our site or request information or a service. Usually, the
Ardor site and its necessary service partners use your Information to
operate the site and to deliver its services. Ardor site also use your
Information to inform you of other products or services available from
Ardor and its affiliates.
Usage tracking
Use of IP Addresses:
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer
whenever you’re surfing the Internet. Web servers automatically identify
your computer by its IP address.
Ardor and/or its affiliates
collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report
aggregated information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of our
site. When Customers request pages from Ardor, our servers log the Customers
IP addresses. We normally do not link IP addresses to anything personally
identifiable, which means that a Customer’s session will be logged, but
the Customer remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses
to identify a Customer when we feel it is necessary to protect our service,
site, customers or others.
Use Of Cookies What
are cookies? Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers
to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make
Web surfing easier for you by saving your preferences while you are at
our site. We never save passwords or other
information in cookies. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and

By showing how and when Customers

Ardor has
one primary use for its cookies.

our Customers’ needs better and improve areas of our site that our Customers

With whom does Ardor share
my Information?
As a general rule,Ardor will

good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described
below. The following describes some of the ways that your Information
may be disclosed.
Business Partners & Sponsors:
Ardor may disclose some or all your Information to business partners or
sponsors, but this use will be specifically described to you prior to
data collection or prior to transferring the data. Many promotions offer
opportunities to request additional Information from sponsors. By requesting
more information, you give Ardor permission to transfer your information
to the sponsor so they can fulfill your request. In many instances, only
your e-mail address will be shared. If more Information will be shared
with the sponsor, you will be notified prior to the transfer.
Third Party Data and Data
in the Aggregate: From time to time, you may be offered the opportunity
to receive materials or special offers from third parties. If you opt
to receive information from these third parties, Ardor will (with your
permission) share your name and email address with such third parties.
Under confidentiality agreements, Ardor may match Customer Information
with third party data. Also, Ardor discloses aggregated Customer statistics
(for example, 50% of our Customers are male) in order to describe our
services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties,
and for other lawful purposes.
How can you control the
usage of Information?
In case you change your mind
or some Information changes (such as your e-mail address), we will endeavor
to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data you give
us. If a Customer wishes to update Information or objects to any usage
provided herein for any reason, he/she may e-mail the requested change
to: info@ardorny.com. Depending upon the Information at issue, the Customer
may have to restrict all usage, rather than specifying only certain instances
where the Information should be restricted.
What happens when you
link to a third party site?
You should be aware that
when you are on Ardor’s site you could be directed to other sites that
are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from Ardor’s pages
that take you outside our service. For example, if you "click"
on a banner advertisement on an Ardor search result, the "click"
typically takes you off the Ardor site. These other sites may send their
own cookies to Customers, collect data or solicit Information.
Ardor does not control such
sites, and therefore, are not responsible for their contents. Ardor’s
inclusion of hyperlinks to these sites does not imply any endorsement
of the material on such sites or any association with their operators.
Ardor ’s privacy policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in
the operation of the Internet, which is beyond the control of Ardor.
Please keep in mind that
whenever you give out Information online (for example, via message boards
or chat lines), that Information can be collected and used by people you
don’t know. While Ardor and its affiliates strive to protect their Customers
Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any Information
you disclose online and you disclose such Information at your own risk.
Is my Information secure
from others using the Ardor site?
The importance of security
for all Information associated with our customers is of utmost concern
to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your
Information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission
over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while
we strive to protect your Information, Ardor can’t ensure or warrant the
security of any Information you transmit to us or from our online products
or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission,
Ardor uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality
of your Information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. However,
"perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
