My Biography

Donald 'Don' Lacey was born and raised in Queens, NY and has lived in the NYC area all of his life. He had worked as a mortgage loan officer, handling purchases and refinances on commercial and residential properties for several years until realizing his passion for Real Estate. 'Relationship building with landlords, supers, business owners, builders, investors and the public is essential to properly gauging the needs and wants of all your customers.', said Don Lacey. Currently, he resides in Upper Manhattan for the past 2 years so he's very knowledgeable of what's available Uptown (primarily UWS, Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood). Listening to his customer's situation and understanding the best strategy to execute, has garnered him much of his past and future success. His experience on the lending side allows him to properly analyze market prices and finding the best deals for sales and rental properties for his clients.
