The western-most part of Midtown West, Clinton/Hell’s Kitchen is
comprised of predominantly five-story walk-ups and newly constructed
apartment buildings. As a result, prices can range dramatically, depending
on the quality of the building and its proximity to Central Park. Perhaps
New York’s finest example of a melting pot, Clinton is now highly desirable,
