Murray Hill is a reasonably priced residential community filled with some of
New York’s most delightful townhouses and luxury high-rises. Restaurants
are plentiful and it’s a mere ten minute walk to midtown shopping and
business, theater, or the markets down at Union Square. The convenient
location is considered ideal by those who seek the ability to live quietly,
and Kips Bay, the eastern part of Murray Hill, is considered most peaceful
and residential. The area is well maintained and arguably one of the best
