Arguably the commercial center of Manhattan, Midtown buzzes with
business, tourism, theater… you name it. Residential life is sparse in this
central commercial area, but as you venture west, Midtown’s streets become
lined with residential buildings. Both Clinton/Hell’s Kitchen and Times
Square are large components of Midtown West, Clinton being the greatest
residential area here. Times Square/Theater district housing certainly
exists, and more buildings are sprouting up all the time here. The price
range in midtown is huge, and depending on what you’re looking for, you can
certainly find some of the best deals here. As buildings vary from the
super luxurious to less than renovated walk-ups, so do the prices. But the
proximity to the peace of the Hudson River and the convenience of midtown
life makes it a spectacular draw for those who enjoy the energy that
Manhattan has to offer. |
