The
New York real estate industry is regulated by the NYS Department
of State. In order to lawfully gain employment in the New
York real estate industry, you must be licensed by the NYS
Department of State. This is a relatively simple process.
Here are the steps you need to take:
Register and attend a 45-hour
real estate salesperson course in an
accredited real estate school.
Take and pass the school and state real
estate salesperson exam.
Have a real estate broker sponsored
your application.
Throughout
the years, without any material benefit, we have been referring
our students to "New York Real Estate Institute" for a number
of reasons: For their convenient locations, flexible schedules,
affordable tuition; just to name a few. If you are ready to
get your real estate salesperson's license in New York, we
suggest you visit the New York's Real Estate Institute web
site. See you once you complete your course!
