Hello, My name is Julia Congdon . Real Estate is a second career for me. I worked in the home decor industry for 25 years. A few years back, I sold my home in suburbia and moved into the West Village. What a dramatic change - from four bedrooms to one bedroom! But I found a great new home in the City and I've never looked back! I know first hand how intimidating it can be for someone trying to find that special place in New York. But those special places do exist whether you're a first time buyer , looking for more space or a new neighborhood. It just takes a little patience and the right agent.
