A modern mid-rise doorman elevator building offering laundry facilities. One of this building's unique features is its unusual (for Manhattan) lot positioning ("through-lot"), which gave the architect an opportunity to develop a large (5,700-square foot) outdoor green space leading to the entrance, complete with a gated courtyard.
