Wow this guy knows his stuff! Not only was Nick really cool to talk to, but I felt like I understood the whole rental process after just 15 minutes on the phone with him. Plus, he followed up with an email that explained everything I need to get an apartment. Totally helpful! Nick is the best broker I've met so far. I've seen apartments with 8 brokers in person and spoken to another 25 or so others over the past two weeks. Nick is a top notch, 5 star broker. He responded instantly to my all of my communications and explained everything to me in advance. Unlike most of the other brokers in this city, Nick is honest and upfront about the good as well as the bad with every apartment. I wish I had contacted Nick sooner, instead of wasting my time with those other shady brokers. Plus, he has access to just about every apartment in New York, so he was able to tell me about additional places that haven't even publically ...read more Nick is a top notch, 5 star broker.
