I
would like to let you know that I really appreciated your
efforts in getting me an apartment in NYC. I had no idea I
will face so many difficulties i n getting an apartment here
in NYC given that I am a foreign student with no credit
history or a United States guarantor.
It
was really nice of you to speak so highly of me to my current
landlord; I promise you to be a great tenant! I understand
that it was unavoidable to come up with extra rent securities
but at least I didn't have to pay more than two extra months
of security deposits.
I
would also like you to know that I was very satisfied with
your agents Sam and Kenny, and in particular with their patience
and encouragement since I had to apply twice for different
apartments belonging to different landlords in order to find
one. I certainly refer all of my friends who look for apartments
to your company!
